2. No Guarantees 

While we aim to improve online visibility, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, Skyward Web Studio does not guarantee: 

A specific number of leads 

Sales or revenue increases 

Search engine rankings 

Advertising performance 

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including industry demand, pricing, competition, and client responsiveness. 

3. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for: 

Providing accurate business information 

Reviewing and approving content in a timely manner 

Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations 

Using services ethically and legally 

Delays in approvals or content may impact delivery timelines. 

4. Payments and Subscriptions 

All setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and add-on services are billed as agreed at purchase. 

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled. 

Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved. 

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 

5. Cancellation Policy 

Clients may cancel subscription services at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. 

Once canceled: 

Access to systems and tools will be removed 

Hosting, automation, and software access may be discontinued 

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods 

6. Intellectual Property 

All materials created by Skyward Web Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use their website and marketing materials for business purposes. 

Skyward Web Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Skyward Web Studio is not liable for: 

Loss of revenue or profits 

Business interruptions 

Advertising platform changes 

Third-party software issues 

Data loss outside our direct control 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period. 

8. Third-Party Services 

We may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (hosting, email, SMS, ad platforms, automation tools). Skyward Web Studio is not responsible for outages, changes, or policies imposed by these providers. 

9. Modifications 

Skyward Web Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
